Premium product FotoTec® SL
 
With our premium product FotoTec® SL you achieve a hearing system fitting at the highest stage. FotoTec® is a laser-curing resin for the manufacturing of earmoulds on the basis of the stereolithography technique and offers innovative advantages to you:

With the Premium Plus versions like the PowerVent® FotoTec® SL permits a considerably better ventilation of the auditory canal. Also the danger of painful sore spots or uncomfortable feedback caused by incorrect fitting is almost excluded.

FotoTec® - the individual open fitting
More and more customers prefer an open fitting hearing system. We took up this trend and now offer you the following special styles:
  • Lifestyle earmould for hearing systems with micro tubing system, available with and without support
  • Lifestyle Active earmould for hearing systems with RIC (receiver in the canal)
Further styles will follow.

An open fitting has a lot of advantages for your customer:

With NanoScreen™ Lacquer you choose a surface coating which sets standards. NanoScreen™ Lacquer is an innovative coating for hard earmoulds developing an easy to clean, nano-structured surface of extreme homogeneity and hardness.

 
  Tubing
The tubing of the Lifestyle earmould and the receiver of the Lifestyle Active earmould are hooked and can easily be changed possibly with a small tool. The tubing respectively the RIC earmould with the hearing technique will be provided by the manufacturer.*
* The Lifestyle earmould can be manufactured for all tubing systems.

Of course we also manufacture FotoTec® earmoulds for you after sending the impression to us. If you have got a scanner in your shop, according to your scan data files.

FotoTec® - the production process for the hearing aid industry
FotoTec® SL is optimised to the demands of a robust production process, reduces risk factors in the production and grants high quality. Tested for biocompatibility it fulfils, of course, all mechanic requirements and develops a smooth, homogeneous surface. FotoTec® SL earmoulds can be coated and repaired as usual. Our proven Fotoplast® UV lacquers and repair materials are especially qualified for this purpose.
As an outsourcing business partner we offer you scanning/CAD-Modellation and SL-production of earmoulds.

FotoTec® - the way to an own production process
We will be pleased to accompany you on your own innovative way if you look for a competent partner to establish your own production using stereolithography. We support you in regard to the successful realisation by training, by recommending hardware and software and the finishing.

FotoTec® -
the production process for the hearing healthcare professional

FotoTec® earmoulds are manufactured in the modern production process. This process includes the following steps:

1. Scanning of the ear impression
   
2. CAD-Modellation
   
 3. Computer-controlled polymerisation
   
4. Shells
